Our Expertise
The philosopher Isaiah Berlin, building on Archilochus, once wrote a famous essay in which he compared the fox and the hedgehog. The fox, wrote Berlin, knew many things, but the hedgehog, knew one big thing. While the fox delights in a range of ideas, his thoughts are scattered and diffuse, pulled simultaneously in too many directions. By contrast, the hedgehog adheres to a central vision, a single coherent idea from which all else flows. With apologies to the late philosopher, at The Zitter Group we like to think of ourselves as hedgehogs – we know managed care and we know it inside and out.
