Prior Authorization Tracking Tool
Managed care utilization of prior authorization (PA) has become a de facto method for limiting drug access. PA policies serve as a critical driver of – or impediment to – product success. Despite being aware of their decisive nature and tracking the presence of a PA, most companies do not actively seek PA policy details, leaving a gap in their understanding of barriers to access.
